The "incredibly helpful" staff is "always smiling" at this "tip-top" hotel, set in a "central location" "five minutes from the Pearl Street area" and "convenient to Downtown"; done up in "warm colors", "clean and modern" rooms feature "comfortable linens" and "an excellent layout for work", and some have "beautiful views of the Flatirons"; "room service is excellent", though "service at the restaurant could be better", and surveyors point out that the "pool and exercise are small."

Cleaning staff did not show up until very late in the day.
Comfortable rooms, good pool, good work out facility, business friendly adequate bar and restaurant, but food was overpriced for the quality.
